Where is my booking confirmation?

You should get a booking confirmation by email from the company you bought your travel from after completing payment for your booking. This can sometimes go into your spam/junk mail folder so it's always worth checking there.

If you booked your travel with Ronantravels on our site, then try checking your emails - including your junk/spam folder. Your email will include all the ways to contact our traveller support team who can help you if you're still having trouble.

Not sure who you bought your travel from? Don't worry, just check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.

This depends on who you bought your travel from.

I bought from a partner

There are travel agencies, airlines, hotels that you can buy from through our site. We call them "partners". When you buy from them, they will take your payment (you'll see their name on your bank or credit card statement), contact you to confirm your booking, and provide any help or support you might need. If you bought from one of these partners, you'll need to contact them as they have all the info about your booking. We unfortunately don't have any access to bookings you made with them.

If you booked your travel with Ronantravels on our site, then check your booking confirmation for details on all the ways to get help.

How do I find out if my booking has gone through?

When you make a booking with a travel agent, they will send you a confirmation email and also charge your card/bank account for the transaction. The confirmation email can sometimes go into your spam/junk mail folder so it's always worth checking there.
If you can't find this confirmation, or you're still unsure, we'd recommend getting in touch with the company who sold you your travel. They'll have all the info about your booking.

I booked the wrong dates / times

If you have found that you have booked the wrong dates or times, please contact the airline or give the PNR number to the travel agent that you booked your flight with as they will be able to help you change your flights to the intended dates or times.
The search box below can help you find the contact details for the travel provider you booked with. You can search flexible or specific dates on Ronantravels to find your preferred flight, and when you select a flight on Ronantravels you are transferred to the website where you will make and pay for your booking. you will be shown the flight details of your selection and you are required before confirming payment to state that you have checked all details and agreed to the terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you always check this information carefully, as travel information can be subject to change.

I entered the wrong email address

If you made a mistake with your email address when booking, you'll need to get in touch with the company you bought travel from as they'll be able to help.

How can I pay?

This all depends who you're buying from. There are two ways to buy travel on our site:

I want to buy from a partner

If you buy from one of the many flights, hotels that you'll find when searching on our site, they will take care of your payment. The payment options they offer can vary, so you'll need to contact that partner directly so they can advise you.

I want to book with Ronantravels

If you're booking with us directly, then we'll handle your payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can also choose to pay in your preferred currency.

I think I have been overcharged

Prices on Ronantravels always include an estimate of all taxes and charges that must be paid.
All flight details including prices will be updated and displayed. At this stage, we recommend that you check this information carefully before you confirm and pay for your booking. The final price you pay for your tickets may change because of additional options offered by the provider, such as luggage or travel insurance (although these may be optional).
A note about card fees. Airlines and travel agents offer a free paymentoption (usually it"s the most popular card in your country) but they might charge fees for other payment methods. Because you have at least one option to avoid these fees, we don't include them in our prices. If you feel like you have been overcharged, we recommend that you contact the provider you booked with – they are the best people to help you, the search box below can help you.

My card has been charged but I don"t have a booking confirmation
